Psychologist and dance therapist Petra Klein is the founder of the "International Institute for Dance Therapy IIDT" on Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands. Eleven years after setting up her first venture in Hamburg, Germany, in 1994 she moved the headquarters of her institute from Hamburg, Germany, to Tenerife in order to expand her international activities. She is the originator of the "Dance of Life®" experience.
Besides her work on Tenerife, Petra Klein offers workshops, seminars, presentations and dance events. She travels throughout the world helping individuals, therapists and political leaders re-connect with themselves and others through the "Dance of Life" and, if necessary, through dance therapy. She also presents her approach at medical and psychology congresses. Her methods are accessible and inspiring and the results immediate and profound.
